Store Manager (all genders welcome), you will be the operational and commercial engine of the store. Your goal will be to inspire your team, maximize store profitability, and ensure the shop becomes the go-to destination for those seeking unique experiences, innovation, and top-tier service quality.
- Sales Driver: You steer the store strategy day to day, squeeze the most out of every sales day, and don't just hit your revenue targets – you smash them.
- Team Captain: You bring new colleagues on board, energize your team and create an atmosphere where selling is fun.
- Structured Operations: Stock, inventory, loss prevention, scheduling, visual merchandising – with you, the store runs like clockwork.
- Product Pro: You turn your team into experts on Pleasure and Beauty Tech and bring the Satisfyer & GESKE story to life so customers get it instantly.
- Moment Maker: You lead by example, solve even the trickier customer issues with ease, and turn every visit into an experience that sticks.
What sets you apart
- Experience: 2-3 years as a store manager or store manager in retail – beauty, cosmetics, tech or wellness are a plus.
- Flexibility: You are fully in the store rhythm – full-time, alternating shifts, Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 22:00.
- Sales DNA: Selling is not a job for you, it's an attitude – and it spreads to your team.
- Approachable leadership: You coordinate, motivate and are in the middle of it instead of just being there.
- Charisma & brand love: You communicate strongly, come across as naturally convincing and really live well-being, joy and innovation.
- Calm in the storm: You prioritize quickly, find solutions in the hustle and bustle and get your team on track even on busy days.
- Languages: Very good German, good to very good English (B2/C1) for reporting and internal communication.
