Your key responsibilities:
- Active sales & customer service: Proactively engage with customers, offering tailored advice and memorable experiences.
- Results-driven mindset: Consistently work with your team to reach and exceed store targets.
- Store presentation: Maintain an inviting, premium, and inspiring retail space together with your team.
- Brand ambassador: Proudly represent Satisfyer and GESKE – German Beauty Tech.
What sets you apart
- Retail experience in sales, beauty, cosmetics, or wellness (1–2 years of experience in retail management).
- Strong communication skills, great energy, and an approachable personality.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Flexibility to work retail shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00).
