Your responsibilities:

Active sales and customer service: Engage openly with customers, offering personalized advice and memorable experiences.
Results-driven mindset: Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding store targets.
Store presentation: Maintain, along with your team, a welcoming, premium, and inspiring environment.
Brand ambassador: Proudly represent Satisfyer and GESKE – German Beauty Tech.

What sets you apart

Experience in retail, sales, beauty, cosmetics, or wellness.
Strong communication skills, high energy, and an approachable personality.
Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Flexibility for store shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00).
