Store Construction Manager (all genders welcome)

For our Store Construction Team at Triple A Premiumretail GmbH in Berlin, we are looking for a Construction Manager (all genders welcome) to join us immediately on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). You will independently manage the build-out of our stores in Germany and across Europe. You will lead each project from taking over the premises to handing them over to our store setup team.

• Independently managing store construction projects in Germany and across Europe, from taking over the premises to handing them over to the store setup team
• Managing and coordinating construction companies and trades
• Responsibility for budget, schedule and quality
• Taking over and handing over premises, including protocols and defect management

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a construction or project manager, ideally in retail or fit-out. A degree is not required.
• Experience with shopping centres and mall operator requirements
• Knowledge of fire safety, sprinkler systems, permits and signage
• Confident reading of working drawings
• Independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Based in Berlin and willing to travel frequently within Europe
• Driving licence (category B)
• Fluent German and English
